Welcome to the XViD ReScene database!

The goal of this site is to build a database of ReScene (and hopefully MVK/AVI ReSample) files for xvid releases.

With this database, anyone who has the AVI file(s) from an xvid release can re-create the original SFV, RAR, NFO (and hopefully Sample) files for that scene release. This site will also let you view the metadata for each release, including RAR file names and sizes and any stored SFV and NFO files in the ReScene file (SRR).

The site is currently in Beta, and it will be going through big changes (and will occasionally be down) in the coming weeks/months. While the site is in Beta, access to it will remain open. It is likely that once the site enters "Release" state, it will require a login, but that isn't fully decided yet.

This database is just getting started, but there should be more content on the way shortly. I'm always on the lookout for people with access to original releases who can help out, though, so if that sounds like you, see here
